OF INTEREST: A. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic utensils - Swimming, skating, tennis, children's playground, bowling, baseball - Almost everything available! [No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the grounds.] B. Roller skating will be available on Saturday night from 7 to 10 p.m. at a special rate. C. A commercial merchandise sales area will be set aside under roof in the pavilion directly behind the stage area. A space is one twenty foot straight length or two ten foot lengths across from each other. The spaces will be well lighted and electricity with tables will be provided. The rates are $25.00 per day/per space or $90.00 for the entire weekend on a first come first serve basis. All retail sales merchandise must be approved by the Vicksburg Quartet and must be held in the noted pavillion... there will be no selling of merchandise through the audiance, from camper units, or anywhere else in the park! CAMPER AND TENT INFORMATION: WILLIE HANN - (814) 224-4459 Convenient camper and tent sites for the 2008 Convention will be $13.00 per unit/tent per night without utilities. Campers sites for the handicapped will be reserved spaces with electricity at the cost of $16.00 per unit per site per night. (Camper rates apply for all nights the RV/tent occupies a space!) Campers other than handicapped wishing to purchase electricity may do so at the cost of $16.00 per unit per night on a first come-first served basis. (Electricity at the park is limited!) Gasoline generators are permitted, but they must shut down at 9 p.m. A/C units requiring electricity are not permitted at any time. Water is available for holding tanks, plus sewerage dumping stations are conveniently located at the park. All day Sunday is free if you are out of the park following the singing at midnight. Campers units may arrive during or after Monday, Aug. 4, 2008. We will not reserve any camping space except for handicapped with prior notice. (Proof of handicapped status may be required!) Early registration saves time when checking in at the park but camper sites are on a first come, first served basis. There is space for every camper/tent no matter when you arrive (room for 600 units). Campers may also come at the last minute if they have not registered early. *NEW - FOR A $20.00 FEE, YOU MAY PURCHASE A WRIST BAND THAT LETS YOU SKATE, SWIM OR BOWL THURS.- SUN.
